How to Order....
Step 1: Your Requirements
Let’s have a chat about your requirements. Whether you like one of my Collections on the website, a mixture of collections, something you have seen on the internet, or would like a completely new bespoke design, let’s have a chat.
Please also confirm the number of invitations you would like, and when you would like to ideally send your invitations out to your guests, so that I can confirm that we are available in the time frame you need.
You can mix and match any of my designs. However, if you would like a bespoke design, this may incur a cost of £20 to set up the new design and find the required materials to create your wedding invitation.
We love making new creations, so if this is something that you wish for them to proceed with, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your ideas of what you would like your design to look like.
Step 2: Designing your invitation
This is the fun part, time to design your wedding invitations! I love to meet my brides and grooms (and mums), so we can book in a consultation for you to visit my study, alternatively, everything can be done via phone and email.
Step 3: Placing your order
Once you decide to go ahead with your order, a deposit of £50 is required to secure your slot in the calendar. Payment can be made via paypal (no account is required) or by bank transfer.
Step 4: Proofing your artwork
Once I have received the wording for your wedding invitation, you will receive a digital proof via email within 3-5 working days.
This is where you can make any changes to the wording, colour, layout, fonts and so on. You will receive another digital proof within 2-3 working days.
As your wedding invitations are personalised, it is extremely important to ensure all the wording and spelling is perfect, so please do take the time to thoroughly check all the documents that have been sent through. Once your stationery has been produced, if there are any mistakes, we will do my best to rectify this as soon as possible, and there may be a charge for any extra materials required.
Step 5: Making your sample!
This is the very exciting part, I start making a personalised sample/s of your wedding invitation, which allows you to be completely confident in your choice and the quality of our work.
Step 6: Guest names & addresses
If you would like your guest names to be printed inside your wedding invitations, and the guest names to be printed on the envelopes, this is time to send this information to me via an excel spreadsheet. You will receive a digital proof within 2-3 days, for you to approve.
Step 7: Printing & Delivery
Once you have signed off all the documents , production of your wedding invitation is around 5-7 working days. I will contact you as soon as they are finished to arrange collection/delivery.
We always suggest that you order a slightly larger amount of invitations than required to allow for guests you may have overlooked. There is a minimum order of 20, so it is better to ensure that enough invitations are ordered at the outset.
Payment of the remaining amount is required before your items to print, and can be made via paypal (no account is required) or by bank transfer.
